Nad 1.01 - Sonique Visualisation Plugin

Description/Instructions:
	Someone thought that the vis from an older version of the
	NAD program was worth reproducing.  It's an extremely simple
	plugin, with just a chunky single waveform, but sometimes
	the simple things are the best.

	Put in your sonique/vis directory and restart sonique.

Config:
	The following configuration options for the faited plugin are
	available in the [nad] section on the vis.ini file.

	MaxFPS=1-999
		This puts a frame rate limit on the plugin, so that
		if you really want to experience the full joy of an
		older, simpler day, you can have it at slow frame
		rates too.

	MovingBackground=0 or 1
		If 1 then the background grid wanders around a bit.
